Las denominaciones señaladas en los niveles profesional, técnico y asistencial en el artículo anterior, regirán para el personal civil que presta sus servicios en el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, las Fuerzas Militares y la Policía Nacional, sin perjuicio de lo establecido para estos servidores en los Decretos 1214 de 1990 y 62 de 1999.
