Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para enajenar por un valor que preserve los intereses económicos de la Nación, los activos de generación y las redes regionales o interregionales de transmisión de electricidad de propiedad de la Nación ubicados en las regiones donde hayan de constituirse las empresas eléctricas regionales, preferencialmente en favor de estas mismas entidades, de conformidad con la ley.
