Responsables institucionales. Para reconocimiento de los beneficios consagrados el artículo 61 de la Ley 1753 de 2015, deberán participar de manera articulada, y en el marco de sus competencias, el DNP, el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, el Icetex y el Icfes.
