Recibido Un Expediente Por El Consejo Profesional Nacional De Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica Y Profesiones Afines, Ordenará Se Fije El Asunto En Lista Por El Término De Cinco (5) Días Con El Objeto Que Dentro De Él, El Interesado Presente Los Fundamentos Que Estime Pertinentes

Recibido un expediente por el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y Profesiones Afines, ordenará se fije el asunto en lista por el término de cinco (5) días con el objeto que dentro de él, el interesado presente los fundamentos que estime pertinentes. Completa la documentación, el Consejo decidirá el recurso dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a tal hecho.

Parágrafo

Las universidades que expidan títulos en cualquier a de las profesiones a que se refiere la Ley, deben remitir, de oficio, al Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y Profesiones Afines y al Consejo Seccional respectivo, la lista certificada de los títulos que expidan, para que puedan tramitarse las matrículas, pudiendo el Consejo requerir el envío de estas listas a las universidades que no lo hagan oportunamente.
