De la provisión de los cargos vacante. Al producirse una vacante en una repartición del Sistema, el respectivo jefe enviará a la Unidad de Personal correspondiente una solicitud de provisión acompañada de la información necesaria para que dicha Unidad pueda presentar la correspondiente lista de elegibles si la hubiere o, en su defecto, iniciar el proceso de selección.
