Para atender a los gastos de la celebración de la Semana Universitaria que con motivo del centésimotrigésimo quinto aniversario de la mencionada Universidad, tendrá lugar en los días a que se refiere el artículo primero de la presente Ley, auxíliase a la Universidad del Cauca con la suma de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00).
