SEGURIDAD DE EDIFICACIONES. Las edificaciones se construirán en lugares que no ofrezcan peligros por accidentes naturales o por condiciones propias de las actividades humanas. En caso de que estas condiciones no se puedan evitar, se construirán las defensas necesarias para garantizar la seguridad de las edificaciones.
