Art. 101 . Las sentencias de que dicte la Corte Suprema de Justicia relativas a las Ordenanzas de los Departamentos, deberán tener ejecución desde que sean conocidos Oficialmente por las autoridades a quienes corresponda el cumplimiento. Presúmese el cumplimiento oficial por el hecho de recibirse en la Capital del respectivo Departamento el periódico destinado a publicar dicha sentencias.
