Facultades de Control. En ejercicio de las facultades de fiscalización y control, el Director General de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), podrá solicitar a los distribuidores mayoristas y a los productores de combustibles, la información relacionada con las ventas realizadas en cada uno de los supuestos de exclusión descritos en el presente decreto.
