El parágrafo 1° del artículo 53 del Decreto 1382 de 1940 quedará así:

Las providencias que se expidan en virtud de este articulo, a excepción de la distinguida con el ordinal b), serán apelables, en el efecto devolutivo, ante el.Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias. La exceptuada será apelable, en el mismo efecto,ante el respectivo superior.
