Aceptar a partir de la fecha, la renuncia presentada por el señor Alejandro Fabián López Peñaloza, identificado con la cédula de ciudadanía No. 17.971 .587 expedida en Villanueva - La Guajira, al cargo de Notario Segundo (2) del Círculo Notarial de Santa Marta - Magdalena, de conformidad con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de este decreto.

Parágrafo

El señor Alejandro Fabián López Peñaloza no podrá separarse del desempeño de sus funciones mientras no se haya hecho cargo de ellas quien deba remplazarlo.
