° Los Habilitados salientes deben dejar arregladas sus cuentas con los respectivos Cuerpos, á cuyo fin serán examinadas por los Consejos administrativos, y consignarán al nuevo Habilitado los fondos sobrantes que se hallen ó que deban tener en su poder, dejando de ello la debida constancia firmada por el entrante y el saliente y por los miembros del Consejo administrativo.
