Decreto 527 de 2025 · por el cual se modifica el artículo 2.5.2.3.1.3, se adiciona el artículo 2.5.2.3.5.6 y se derogan los artículos 2.1.7.20, 2.1.7.21 y 2.1.11.4 del Decreto número 780 de 2016, Único Reglamentario del Sector Salud y Protección Social, en relación con las condiciones de autorización especial para las EPS del régimen contributivo con afiliados en el régimen subsidiado.
