° Convocatoria. El Consejo Superior de Desarrollo Urbano, Vivienda Social y Agua Potable será convocado por el Ministro de Desarrollo Económico. Sesionará ordinariamente una vez cada dos meses y extraordinariamente cuando sea necesario, previa convocatoria hecha por el Ministro de Desarrollo Económico.
