Límites A La Participación Por Inversionista

Límites a la participación por inversionista . En las carteras colectivas abiertas sin pacto de permanencia o en las carteras colectivas del mercado monetario un solo inversionista no podrá mantener una participación que exceda del diez por ciento (10%) del valor del patrimonio de la cartera colectiva.

Parágrafo

Esta regla no se aplicará durante los primeros seis (6) meses de operación de la cartera colectiva.
