El que a sabiendas use o ponga en circulación las especies a que se refiere el artículo anterior, incurrirá en prisión de uno a tres años. Si el que usa o pone en circulación las especies fuere el mismo que las ha falsificado, la sanción será la establecido en el artículo anterior, aumentada de una tercera harte a la mitad.
