La presente ley rige a partir de su promulgación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias. Modifica en lo pertinente, el numeral 1 del artículo 244 de la Ley 100 de 1993 y los artículos 40 a 42 de la Ley 336 de 1996 .
