Art. 3.° Las asignaciones fijadas regirán desde el día 1.° de Noviembre próximo pasado; y, á excepción de las Agencias Postales y Administraciones de Correos nacionales que serán reorganizadas por Decreto separado, quedan suprimidas las Oficinas Telegráficas, Postales y empleos que no figuren en el presente Decreto, desde el 1.° de Febrero del año en curso. Comuníquese y publíquese.
