De los cuadros que formen los Directores de Estadística conforme al artículo 19 de la Ley 63 de 1914, sobre las industrias de que trata este Decreto, y de conformidad con los boletines individuales, enviarán aquéllos precisamente en copia al Ministerio de Industrias hasta el 30 de mayo de cada año, para los efectos del artículo 12 de la Ley citada. En caso de no hacerlo así, dicho Ministerio dará al Contralor o al Director General de Estadística, el aviso correspondiente, a fin de hacer efectivas las sanciones prescritas por el artículo 26 de la misma Ley.
