Fijación de las tarifas . Conocida la ausencia de conciliación, o cuando la misma fuere parcial, el Ministerio del Interior Fijará las tarifas en un término de noventa (90) días, con sujeción a los criterios establecidos en el artículo 1º de la Ley 719 de 2001, expresadas en fracciones de salario mínimo legal vigente.
