Las pensiones de la Rama Judicial se liquidarán sobre los factores que constituyen el ingreso base de cotización dispuesto por el artículo 6º del Decreto 691 de 1994 modificado por el artículo 1º del Decreto 1158 de 1994, la prima especial de que trata la Ley 332 de 1996 y la bonificación adicional prevista en el Decreto 664 de 1999. para quienes estén cubiertos por estas, dentro de los límites dispuestos por el artículo 2º del Decreto 314 de 1994.
