Articulo 62. La Junta Directiva del Banco de la Republica, a solicitud de la Junta Directiva de la Caja, podrá designar un Subauditor de su libre nombramiento y remoción. El Subauditor será un empleado permanente de la Caja, colaborara con el Auditor en todas las labores a este encomendadas y que le señale o delegue ordinariamente, y lo reemplazara en sus ausencias accidentales o temporales. El Subauditor tendrá las mismas facultades y deberes del Auditor, cada vez que deba reemplazarlo. CAPITULO XII Sucursales y Agencias.
