Legalízase los gastos hechos por el señor Severo Olarte V., Administrador de Hacienda nacional del Circuito de San Gil, que se le han deducido como alcance por la suma de cuatro mil setecientos cuarenta y ocho pesos noventa y cinco centavos ($4,748-95), según el auto número 69 de 9 de Octubre de 1906 de la Administración de Hacienda nacional del Circuito de Bucaramanga, confirmado por el número 333 de 6 de Marzo de 1907 de la corte de Cuentas

Asimismo queda el señor Olarte V. eximido de la multa que acompaña á ese alcance.
