Para la revisión de dichos actos en el concepto de ser lesivos de derechos civiles, no puede procederse sino a petición de quienes tengan intereses en ello por creerse agraviados. Por tanto en este juicio intervienen únicamente tales personas y el Agente del Ministerio Público.
