Cuando una persona coloca su endoso en un instrumento negociable por entrega, contrae todas las obligaciones de endosante. Los endosantes se presumen, obligados unos para con otros en el orden en que hayan endosado; pero puede probarse que entre ellos han acordado otra cosa. Los beneficiarios o endosatarios conjuntos que endosan, se entiende que lo hacen solidariamente.
