Articulo único . El Poder Ejecutivo podrá disponer la clausura temporal de aquellas Casas de Moneda, que por falta de metales destinados a la amonedacion, no sea conveniente mantener en ejercicio constante.

Cuando la administracion de tales casas se hubiese contratado con alguno de los Gobiernos de los Estados, la clausura se determinará de acuerdo con dichos Gobiernos.
