TRASLADO DE PRUEBAS. Cuando el Investigador tenga conocimiento que en otro expediente o en otra dependencia, existen pruebas que pueden servir para la comprobación o esclarecimiento de los hechos, podrá solicitar al funcionario en donde repose el expediente respectivo, su remisión en original o en copia autenticada.
