Deróganse El Decreto 1518 De 1984 Y El Artículo 3 ° Del Decreto 107 De 1987

° Deróganse el Decreto 1518 de 1984 y el artículo 3 ° del Decreto 107 de 1987.

Parágrafo

Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, los productores nacionales de los bienes a que se refiere el artículo 3° del Decreto 107 de 1987, que hubieran resultado adjudicatarios de licitaciones cuyo término de apertura haya transcurrido dentro de la vigencia de la misma disposición, tendrán derecho al certificado de reembolso tributario, CERT, en los términos allí señalados.
