El tesorero del fondo de desarrollo comunal es el tesorero general de la Republica, llevara la cuenta general correspondiente, el fondo tendrá un Cajero especial que será un funcionario del Ministerio de Gobierno, al cual el tesorero girara las sumas que el fondo considere necesarias para El cumplimiento de sus compromisos.
