°. Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto de los ordinales 1°. y 2°. del Artículo 5°. del presente Decreto, las personas naturales o jurídicas que efectúen pagos por conceptos de permisos de loterías, rifas, apuestas y similares cualquiera que sea su naturaleza y cuantía, deberán retener el 10% de su valor por concepto de impuesto de ganancia ocasional.
