Requisitos Para Obtener El Registro, Para Obtener El Registro De Arrendador De Que Trata Este Decreto, El Interesado Deberá Cumplir Los Siguientes Requisitos: A) Acreditar Su Existencia, Representación Legal Y Registro Mercantil

°. Requisitos para obtener el Registro, Para obtener el registro de arrendador de que trata este Decreto, el interesado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos

Acreditar su existencia, representación legal y registro mercantil.

Rendir el informe a que se refiere el artículo 5° del presente Decreto, si a ello hubiere lugar.

Los demás que determine la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio o la Superintendencia Bancaria.
