Articulo 2° La Sección de Rezagos, dependiente antiguamente de la Administración Principal de Correos de Bogotá, pasará a ser dependencia del Departamento de Control, con el siguiente personal: Un Oficial, con asignación mensual de $ 100. Dos Ayudantes, con asignación mensual de 55 cada uno. Un Guarda, con asignación mensual de $ 45.
