Decreto 2239 de 1991 · por el cual se reglamentan las operaciones que adelanten las sociedades fiduciarias a través de la red de oficinas de los establecimientos de crédito.

º. Comprobantes de las operaciones . De toda operación que adelante el establecimiento de crédito deberá elaborarse un comprobante de la transacción, el cual contendrá la siguiente leyenda: ADVERTENCIA : EL (LA) (aquí el nombre del establecimiento de crédito) ACTUA BAJO LA EXCLUSIVA RESPONSABILIDAD DE (aquí el nombre de la fiduciaria) Y, POR TANTO, NO ASUME NINGUNA OBLIGACION FRENTE AL CLIENTE RELACIONADA CON LA EJECUCION DEL NEGOCIO FIDUCIARIO QUE DA ORIGEN A ESTA TRANSACCION.

Parágrafo

La Superintendencia Bancaria establecerá el tamaño, ubicación y demás características del aviso, así como la información mínima que deberá contener el comprobante.
