Fondo Cuenta . Para la financiación y generación de la infraestructura carcelaria y e desarrollo de las funciones asignadas al FIC, el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho tendrá un Fondo sin personería jurídica, ni planta de personal, administrado como un sistema separado de cuentas, a cargo del Director de la misma, y cuya denominación será Fondo-Cuenta de Infraestructura Carcelaria.
