Artículo primero . Créase una Comisión de Ingenieros para que ejecute los estudios y proyectos de la carretera Quinchía- Irra. Esta Comisión estará formada por un Ingeniero Jefe, con sueldo mensual de quinientos pesos ($ 500.00), y un Ingeniero Topógrafo, con asignación mensual de trescientos pesos ($ 300).
