º. La ejecución de las medidas cautelares decretadas sobre las rentas de las entidades territoriales se hará efectiva sobre el porcentaje de la renta bruta permitido por la ley, previa su determinación por la correspondiente Secretaría de Hacienda, la cual deberá efectuarse anualmente dentro de los treinta (30) días siguiente a la expiración de cada vigencia fiscal.
