ART 301. Para poder obtener la recompensa á que dan derecho los incisos 1o. y 2o. del artículo 874 del Código Militar, se requiere haber servido con lealtad y buena conducta á la causa de la República durante treinta años. Para los demás casos expresados en el referido artículo, se observará la graduación que en ellos se establece.
