Vencido el término de que trata el artículo anterior y dentro de diez (10) días posteriores al mismo, la autoridad competente procederá a calificar la falta y a imponer la sanción correspondiente de acuerdo con dicha calificación.

Decreto 559 de 1991 · por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente las Leyes 09 de 1979 y 10 de 1990, en cuanto a la prevención, control y vigilancia de las enfermedades transmisibles, especialmente lo relacionado con la infección del Virus de Inmunodeficiencia Humana, HIV, y el Síndrome de Inmuno deficiencia Adquirida, SIDA, y se dictan otras disposiciones sobre la materia.
