ARTICULO DUODECIMO

La cooperación prevista en el presente Convenio, no afectará el desarrollo de las relaciones culturales entre las Partes Contratantes, y un Tercer Estado, ni las actividades culturales de los organismos internacionales a los que ellas se hallen adheridas.
