º. Autorízase al gobierno para suscribir cuatro millones de pesos ($ 4.000.000) más en acciones de la Caja de Crédito Agrario e Industrial y para celebrar las negociaciones de préstamo que estime conveniente hacer con tal fin, lo mismo que para abrir los créditos adicionales que fueren del caso. Los contratos que el gobierno celebre en desarrollo de esta autorización, requieren únicamente la aprobación del consejo de Ministros. La Caja de Crédito Agrario e industrial abrirá una Sección Minera y a ella destinará un capital de seiscientos mil pesos ($ 600.000).
