de la presente Ley, quedarán sujetas, a partir de su vinculación como soldados voluntarios, al Código de Justicia Penal Militar, al Reglamento de Régimen Disciplinario, al Régimen Prestacional y a las normas relativas a la capacidad psicofísica, incapacidades, invalideces e indemnizaciones para los soldados de las Fuerzas Militares y los reglamentos especiales que se expidan para el desarrollo de esta Ley.
