ARTICULO VIGESIMOPRIMERO. Cuando las necesidades de los servicios asi lo exijan, podrán las Juntas de Beneficencia o Directivas de Instituciones de Utilidad Común -a petición escrita de los Directores de los establecimientos o de los Sindicos- acordar el traslado de fondos de uno a otro artículo del musmo o de diferentes Capitulos del Presupuesto. Dicho traslado debe comunicarse al Departamento de Asistencia Social y, si su cuantia es mayor de quinientos pesos ($ 500.00) no podrá verificarse sin la aprobación previa de esa dependencia.
