Entrega de archivos. Los servidores que desempeñen empleos o cargos de manejo y confianza y los responsables de los archivos del Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, deben adelantar las gestiones necesarias para hacer entrega de los mismos debidamente inventariados, de competencia del Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio, en los términos señalados por la Ley y acorde con las indicaciones que fijen los Secretarios Generales de dichos Ministerios.
