Los medicamentos homeopáticos simples preparados a partir de la misma cepa homeopática en sus diferentes diluciones y con la misma forma farmacéutica se considerarán como grupo para efecto de registro sanitario. Los grupos de medicamentos homeopáticos se ampararán bajo un solo registro sanitario.
