Votase la cantidad de treinta mil pesos que la Gobernación de Antioquia cobrará y distribuirá, por partes iguales, entre las ciudades de Medellín y Santa Rosa de Osos, con destino a la erección de los monumentos que proyectan para con memorar la magna fecha. Dicha cantidad será incluida en el Presupuesto de gastos de la próxima vigencia.
