Los exámenes para radioaficionados tendrán como propósito comprobar, los conocimientos mínimos del particular en telegrafía, clave morse internacional y radioafición. Para tal efecto, las asociaciones someterán ante la Dirección General de Telecomunicaciones y Servicios Postales del Ministerio de Comunicaciones la aprobación de los cuestionarios y pruebas sobre el particular.
