Artículo único. El Municipio de El Carmen, que ha formado parte del Circuito de Notaría y Registro de Atrato, en la Intendencia Nacional del Chocó, pertenecerá en lo sucesivo al Circuito de Notaría y de Registro de Andes, Departamento de Antioquia, por integrar dicho Municipio al Circuito Judicial de Andes.
