Reuniones. El Consejo se reunirá ordinariamente por lo menos una vez al mes y extraordinariamente cuando sea convocado a juicio de su Presidente o del Director Ejecutivo.

Parágrafo

El Consejo Directivo podrá invitar a sus deliberaciones a las personas que considere necesario, quienes participarán con voz pero sin voto.
