La destinación hecha por el artículo 1°, ordinal 236 de la Ley 116de 1959, en cuantía de veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000.00), para las obras de fomento municipal del Municipio de Guapolá (Santander), será entregada por el Instituto de Fomento Municipal al Instituto de Aprovechamiento de Aguas y Fomento Eléctrico, con destino a las obras de electrificación del mismo Municipio de Guapolá (Santander).
