Situación de vehículos de transporte crédito y valores mobiliarios. Para los efectos del artículo anterior, se entiende que

Las aeronaves, navíos, autobuses y otros vehículos de transporte y los bienes muebles utilizados en su operación están situados en el país Miembro en el cual se halle registrada su propiedad.

Los créditos acciones y otros valores mobiliarios están situados en el País Miembro en que tiene su domicilio el deudor o la empresa emisora en su caso. CAPITULO IV. Disposiciones Generales.
